Well, after many hours effort from several members of the 7th fleet on Tribble, we raised and contributed enough marks to complete "Upgrade Starbase I." However, we have discovered/come across a serious bug. The task will not complete and the progress bar reads "1,166%"
I have submitted a ticket and bug report. In the meantime, anyone got any ideas?

The one change I just saw that I'm not liking is how many Fleet Ship provisions it takes to get just one ship. It was 1, now its 4. And the mission up next, only rewards 5. I imagine since it's "Fleet Ship Provisions I" there will be higher tier missions that reward more.
I'm sure that this mission won't be hard to get people to contribute to, it will just take time for people to get their ships. When it goes live it will be interesting to see how this will work.

Other fleets are reporting having the same bug with the tier 1 upgrade project.

A patch went out into Tribble tonight to fix some issues, but apparently Starbase issues were not on Cryptic's priority list...
