The site http://dns-ok.us is just a checker to compare your DNS IP with the acknowledge DNS IPs supplied by the various ISP in the US. The site to go to, if your background on the image is red, is http://www.dcwg.org/ , there the FBI has placed instructions on how to clean your PC from the malware. It is best to do check your PC tonight, or you might have a surprise in the morning.
If your background is red - back your data up before going on to the "fix site" http://www.dcwg.org/fix/ . Most of the major AV companies have developed a separate, downloadable tool to correct all of the areas in your PC that is affected. It is very invasive and almost impossible to deal with manually. All of these tools are separate from the AV you use, so doing a scan catches nothing. And, you must download them before tomorrow's shutdown.
You should also check and backup photos and contacts from your smartphone. This malware affects anything that connects to the Internet, so you must check all devices not just PCs with the website http://dns-ok.us to play it safe. Game consoles, Roku enabled devices and DVD players, DVRs and Tivo's should be checked by yourself or your should check the manufacturer as to how the device can be checked. If one device in the household is infected, all other devices a suspect.
Be aware and beware! I have had to deal with this malware first hand. The only thing that I could do at the time was a backup image and a Low Level format of the drives of the infected laptops. And low level formatting can take hours to fill a 250GB HDD with 0's. Most people do not have the tools at the disposal to do a low level format, so this could be a very expensive fix. Then there is the reinstall of everything.
The other thing to be aware of is that the virus associated with this malware is data mining in nature, and any credit cards used on an infected machine need to be monitored. Passwords on accounts need to be changed. And so on. With your DNS changed all transactions can be recorded.
