Are we going to set up a Klingon Station as well?

I'm sure we will. It likely won't receive the same level of attention, but we have some people very dedicated to the Klingon side who are going to want to get this going over there as well.

Well I was thinking I might play my Klingon character more if I had some sort of goals to complete.

I would do my best to balance my time on both stations. I have been working on ranking my klink up. Right now he can play with the big boys. He just has to learn to dodge the bullets better than the rest.

For anyone looking to get more play out of STO, defiantly help FCAPT Kor out on this side. I jumped over there today and I got to say, IMHO they did a way better job on designing the KDF station. It's sweet. Almost sweet enough to make me wanna try for Mk XII HG ground set.

I know I've been contributing to this with my toons because, frankly, I was pretty much "locked out" of the Fed side due to getting into the game a day or so late.

I don't get on my Klingon much but I would gladly donate as much and gather more to support so we have both stations

FCAPT Kor, would you mind setting up a "shopping list" for forthcoming projects?

Next time I'm in the game, I'll take a look at what items we can expect to need to contribute for the station. Usually it seems to be going pretty fast, what we tend to get held up on is the Fleet Marks.

Thanks to all who have contributed. We've already made some good progress!

OK here is what I saw in the next tier of upcoming projects when I logged in this morning:

125 Water Purification Systems
1000 Provisions
7 ENG or OPS DOs [Duty Officers]
lots of Dilithium, Expertise, and Fleet Marks, as you'd expect
25 Particle Traces
250 Data Samples [please God that they allow us to put these in more than one at a time, soon]
10 Research Lab DOs [looked like these will be Green and Blue ones but not sure]
1000 Shield Generators
several TAC or SEC DOs
9 To'Duj Fighters
150 Astrometric Probes

On the next tier I may select another penal colony project. I thought the first one would take a long time, but we filled it up pretty fast. At this point, I've got 3 ships with Brigs full of prisoners waiting to have something bad done to them, and after each raid I'm at the point where I'm having to just shoot the prisoners that have been in the Brig the longest. Otherwise, I can't cash in the completed Maruading missions! As usual, I've instituted the "first in, first out" prisoner shooting policy we in the KDF are known for... So I think I've got around 60 prisoners who at this point probably think that Rura Penthe would be a vacation getaway.

Mr Kor made me laugh..."The KDF does not take prisoners...everyone knows that"

Sure we do Mr. Mavendorf! Prisoners are useful to sell to Orion slavers, fill up penal colony project quotas, or to do useful experiments on. Feasibility of Assassination by Telekinesis has become quite the favorite of the prisoners, because they get the "last meal," but the experiment rarely results in casualties because telekinesis is hokum. But, Intel insists on following through on all possible weaponization leads, so, there you go.

We gleefully take prisoners; at least when the brig isn't full and there's enough food to go around. I thought everyone knew that!
