Effective immediately and by the order of the Fleet Admiral, the following changes to the offices of Communications Officer and Operations Officer will take affect:
Lieutenant Commander Evildead is hereby breveted to the rank of Fleet Captain and will assume the duties of Communications Officer for the Fleet as listed in the Fleet Operations Manual. All graphical requests for the website, including namebars, signatures, ship patches and news items should be made directly to him. Fleet Captain Evildead is excused from the responsibility of providing ventrilo services to the Fleet; this duty will continue to be provided by the Fleet Admiral and myself.
Congratulations!
Captain Jason is hereby breveted to the rank of Fleet Captain and shall assume all the duties and responsibilities of Operations Officer for the Fleet as listed in the Fleet Operations manual.
Congratulations!
Fleet Captain Huckabee is returned to the rank of Captain. The Fleet thanks you for your service and hard work!

This is actually my first time in the "just a Capt" club  I was Lt. Cmdr back in the day when I first got FLT Capt.  So good job to you Evil and to Jason.
