CoS to VA

By order of the Fleet Admiral, the Chief of Staff position will now hold the rank of Vice Admiral.



This is to make the chair consistent to its position as 3rd in command of the Fleet.

Operations manual will be revised to include this change, along with changes to the position of Klingon Ops.

This wasn't my idea, but I will say I certainly didn't argue against it. Bumping Klingon Ops to Commodore and CoS to VA came from the DC's desk.

I've never heard a "Rage Quit" from Mr. Shackelford, and I can't imagine I ever will. But you have to wonder. He only grumbles like an earthquake when he's mildly agitated. Imagine if you really piss him off, the waves would transcend time and space, causing a rift in the multiverse. Why else would the Command Staff have him hold the CoS position more than once. I think it's to manage it like a fault line. Better to ease the tension... <Ha!>

Mr. Shackelford, sir, you're doing a great job, as always. And, this just proves the point. Your grumbles will be the stuff of legend one day (if not sooner).
