Sorry for posting out of character, but I had to pass this news. It seems that Harold White, a NASA Engineer, is planning ship designs for the IXS Enterprise as his first Warp ship:

I couldn't find what the IXS means. Speculation is Interstellar Experimental Spaceship (or Starship). The rings around the ship create the warp bubble. Too bad the ST and STO communities couldn't convince the creators to call it the Phoenix.
