A few questions from the new guy

Just had a few questions I thought I'd throw out. I did try to find the answers on my own, but I'd rather not do something I shouldn't so I figured I'd ask.

1) What are the rules for provisions, contributions (specifically to other fleets in the Armada) or anything else along those lines you feel I should no.

       - I did figure out I can add to the fleet bank (accidentally added 60 beam tech instead of 10), oh well.

2) I have a KDF alt who needs a fleet. I've heard some fleets don't allow alts, but if the that's ok so I need to go through the same application process or just let someone in the 7th ITS know?

after 30 days in the fleet you are bumped up in sec level and then you can purchase stuff from the fleet stores.  Did you want those beam techs back?

 

and just catch someone on vent that can invite is your best bet more than likely! :)
