Who is creating a new character for the Delta event?

I've used this occasion to finally create a Reman character, Engineering career path; just got past the episode where you choose your allegiance.

 you can skip it or u can use the trick when you get to the turbolift to the cargo bay pause the game with the T(default) key then use the elevator, be sure you are close to it before you pause, then unpause your game. It worked for me. You'll know you did it right if you get the accolade when you get out of the turbolift

I rolled an Andorian female tac. That gives me five and five for each faction with one spare in case I want to try my hand at a Gorn. I wonder where they are headed with the breach of the temporal prime directive on this. Sure, the Iconians can't time travel without severe harm, but I will bet dollars to doughnuts that the Solonae and the Elachi can. Given that we have already tampered with the time line to change our future, why not go the rest of the way and send an intelligence team back in time and get the history of how the Iconians were destroyed the first time?

That has always been the trouble with prime directives. You can always find a reason to violate it. Why not just admit that and create a special group that is designed to handle those situations? Oh right, Section 31. This has their fingerprints all over it. Mark my words, we will be seeing Mr. Drake again, probably this fall.

I rolled a Romulan this morning, and finished the intro. I'm choosing the Fed side for this one.  I R&Ded all the upgrades for the ship and ground gear, so he won't die so easy.

I have three Romulan/Reman toons at level 60.  For all those rolling a Romulan/Reman for the first time, enjoy the ride.  Regardless of alliance, you will very much appreciate the ending of "Cutting the Cord" mission.

I also created a Ferasan, my first cat-thing in STO.  Researched Kzinti names, didn't take it as literally as you did, eventually because I couldn't find much without actually reading the Niven material I just clicked on Random until I got a name I liked, M'Ra.  Having a blast playing it and also going through the KDF missions.  

Speaking of missions I couldn't find the Iconian Tech for the Rura Penthe mission, Manhunt.  It's supposed to be on the surface on the last map.  Went back into it and combed the entire map and couldn't find it.  Has anyone managed to find that one?  Couldn't find anything out about it doing a Google search either, which is pretty unusual, too.

BTW, if you, like me, didn't realize you have prize/reward boxes to claim whenever you complete one of the Delta Recruit tasks (such as reaching level 10, getting an RnD skill to 1, etc), left-click on the specific achievement in the DR window, and there will be a button to "Claim Reward." Do that. :)

On the Manhunt reward I was asking about above, they helped me out to find it last night.  I had tried scanning for it but it didn't come up, when I moved and then tried it again, the scan led me to the Iconian Tech.  So if you can't find it right away, just move more toward the center of the map [on the surface of Rura Penthe], and then try scanning again.  You may want to wait until you've defeated the bad guys and are ready to beam up, though, since it's harder to find them unless you follow the hound to them.

had real fun on the treasure trading station mission, that was majorly bugged but managed to get through it with some help from the zone!now im level 32 and enjoying my new character although apart from 3 million energy credits i cant see much benefit to the character. im holding onto all my crates as it will give you stuff per your level, so i guess i wait until i hit 60 before opening them?
