Looks like a possible attack on a Federation starbase we may have to divert some of the fleet to protect our assets. I am currently monitoring the situation as it unfolds... Fleet Admiral Fortin states "This will not happen under my watch"

I believe it is Starbase 331, I took the picture from TenTon hammer's website it was just released by Cryptic last week.
