With a new surge of Klingon activity near at hand (Season 4), the "Lucky 7th" Fleet will find it's hand full with a series of new PVP activities (both internal and world PVP).
Internally, TF 88 will be sponsoring a new series of PVP battles. These battles will be waged between a squadron of figters vs. the Flagship of each of the 7th Fleet's might task forces.
Our objective is to have 5 vs. 1 battles. The winner will be the sole survivor (undefeated) or whomever scores the highest kill to loss ratio.
We can then flip the scenerio and have 5 Federation Fighters vs. Any Lt.General on the Klingon side in his "Flagship".
As a second activity, the Klingon side of the 7th Fleet....the 7th I.T.S. will conduct once a week events. These will include Marauding Raids into Federation Space; Special Task Force Missions; and many of the Revamped Missions coming with season 4.
Thirdly, and finally...With Open World (Consensual) PVP coming with Season 4...The "Lucky 7th" Fleet will be called upon to defend the homefront from Klingon incursions into Federation home sectors.
This along with the long awaited Private Fleet Actions, and the 7th Fleet will be busy for the next several weeks!!!
I think I can speak for the majority of this fleet......
It's about time this war became HOT!!

I think i stated this before, but i believe this idea will have to be executed on tribble as there are some members who deem the fighters as not vaulable enough to spend the money to buy them.. like myself. On tribble you can get the Fighters for free so its a win win

On the Klingong side, the shuttles (chariot) may also be used for this purpose, for those who do not have access to the fighter. The shuttles can be purchased using energy credits. The fighters would be used by those who have them.
However, the event will be planned for on the Live Server, so that it will actually count for something. If we do it on test server, it just won't feel like an event to be honest.

but then this begs the question of another daily quest just to get the one schem to make it? If so then it still is not a totally viable option to have to wait ... was it 12 days for the delta? .... to get the schem and make it.... in my opinion...  which reminds me I need to start that one of these days

Mercer,
It is not like there will be all that much content released with Season 4. Even if it takes 12 days to make the ships, that is not much time to spend doing something productive in the game.
Besides, you can opt to use one of the more combat ready shuttles / chariots, if you wish.
Or, but I hope many won't choose this, members have the option not to participate as fighter pilots and stand in as the Task Force Flagships instead.

I don't have the fighters, but I have shuttles I can use on either side.

That's the main issue with having to wait to make the fighters, but either way his still looks intresting

i have the fighters and I have a klingon character that season 4 just might give me a reason to start playing it, key word start.
