I think this is something i need to post, pertaining to Perfect World. I know many people rag on PW (and Cryptic) at times for some of the choices they make *cough* Lockboxes.
A while back, i had an interesting issue arise. I purchased $10 worth of Zen, Via Paypal (big mistake) on the PW website. After the purchase completed... there was no record of it on my PW account.
Go to paypal account, its there as completed. So i send emails off to both companies.
PW informs me that PP was having some major issues that day (28th of Jan) and thousands of peoples orders were messed up all over the world (and not just for PW)
I called PP. Sat on hold for over an hour. They informed me nothing was wrong, its Perfect Worlds fault, the money was sent to them. 3 different people informed me there were no errors on the 28th.

Ok, so ended up filing a Dispute per instructions from the PP support.
After a few days, more calls to PP, with more time spent on hold, and more emails to PW, nothing was resolved. Finally i started hunting down a phone number to PW. Couldn't find one anywhere.
Low and behold, i find one on PW's page of the BBB. I call it, am instantly connected to a VERY helpful gentleman in the billing department.
Turns out, PP never sent the funds. The Dispute only allowed them to keep it longer. I canceled the dispute, and PW was able to refund the money back through Paypal, into my account.
Long Story short: Paypal = idiots, tried to screw me out of money. Perfect World bent over backwards to fix this for me
Perfect World Win, Paypal go burn in hell.

Yeah PP has always had problems since 2002. They've been constantly hacked and breached and this is just the latest in a long list of problems with them.
And I know! One guy I know hacked another PP account and bought car with the funds he stole. He was later arrested.
